Selling

1. PennyBeads will sell its products only to registered users.
2. There is no minimum order.
3. Orders will be dispatched only after the payment has been received.
4. Orders are sent only by registered mail, Pacco and Posta Celere and Fedex/UPS

Refund

1. In case an order is lost due to a post-service problem, we will re-send the goods.
2. If you are not satisfied with your PennyBeads purchase of a product, you can send it back to us and you will be refunded, in the following conditions:
1. The request to return the beads must be emailed to us within 7 calendar days of the receipt of the product.
2. We will refund you only if the products you send us back arrive undamaged and not used.
